Residential Progams
Hope on Haven Hill offers two types of residential programs: high-intensity and low-intensity treatment programs. Our programs are dedicated to helping pregnant or newly postpartum women with substance use and co-occurring disorders. Our residential treatment programs provide nurturing and therapeutic home environments for pregnant or newly postpartum women and their children, supporting their journey to recovery.

Residential Treatment Programs
High-Intensity Treatment
Our high-intensity residential program is located in a renovated farmhouse in a country setting with large outdoor space and an annex for wellness activities. The residence offers a warm, structured environment for the mothers as they embark on their path to recovery.
Many women enter the high intensity residential program during pregnancy, while others enter with their babies. Babies and older children (up to the age of five) may reside with their mothers while they are in treatment. They participate in a holistic treatment environment where they can build a healthy family and future together.
Recovery support staff are on site at our high intensity residential setting 24/7. Transportation is provided to outside appointments as needed.
Low Intensity Treatment
Our low-intensity residential program is located in the same renovated farmhouse as our high intensity program.
Guiding the core of our work is a trauma-informed model that strengthens the cognitive, emotional, behavioral, and physical health competencies of each client so that they can live meaningful lives. Our model focuses on intra-and inter-personal relationships for both clients and staff for the best possible outcomes.
Our clinicians and recovery staff are overseen by a highly experienced Masters Level Clinical Director. Residents participate in a daily routine of trauma-informed and gender-specific individual and group therapy, recovery programs, childbirth preparation and newborn care support, parenting education and a variety of wellness activities.
Individual and Group Therapy
Recovery involves learning about and adopting ways to change negative and defeating thought processes, establishing healthier routines, addressing other mental and physical health challenges and adopting ways of coping with challenging situations.
Through individualized therapy and counseling, women in the residential program work through obstacles they are struggling with, including co-occurring substance use and mental health issues. In treatment, our women have the opportunity to delve more deeply into subjects that evolve during group sessions or individual matters that need more attention.
Wellness Programming
A key part to sustaining recovery for the women in treatment include exposure and engagement in healthy behaviors and activities. We interweave health and wellness programming into every week activities. Our wellness program includes:
