All potential intakes need to complete a phone screen to determine eligibility into our programs.

Once that is completed, the clinician will schedule an American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) assessment. If one was completed with an outside agency within 30 days, we can accept that assessment. The phone screen and ASAM assessment is used to determine level of care. In the meantime, the Clinical Case Manager will work with the client to fill out releases of information to support care.

We do not do admissions on the weekend and depending on the situation we can do admissions the same or the next day.
