Tracy is retired from nonprofit leadership and human resource leadership.
She performs per diem consulting work with municipal strategic planning and represents private and
municipal clients at NH Labor Department and Employment Security hearings.
She has degrees from UNH in sociology with a criminal justice minor, a Master of Science from New
England College in management with a concentration in healthcare administration, and a masters from UNH in Public Policy. Tracy has lived in Barrington, NH, for the last 25 years; but moved from Salem, NH, to attend UNH at age 18 and then stayed in the Seacoast area!
She has been married for almost 35 years and is a mother to two amazing adult children (one daughter and one son). Tracy has many interests and hobbies including African Drumming over 15 years. She also loves to travel, bake, cook and she and her husband enjoy days with her five grandchildren.
Some of her other community involvements include the Barrington Select Board, where she currently serves as the Vice-Chair, and she is also Chairwoman of the Barrington Zoning Board of Adjustment.
Tracy is a Liaison to the Barrington Capital Improvement Planning Committee and the Select Board/School Board working group.
Tracy is a past Rochester Rotary Club President for 2025-2026 and a past board chair and vice chair for
New Generation in Greenland, NH.
