Outpatient Treatment Services

Every woman’s journey through treatment and recovery is unique. For many women residential treatment is not an option for a variety of factors.

Two opportunities for outpatient services

These two programs are open to all women in recovery. For women who are parenting, childcare is provided during the time they are engaged in individual or group therapy. Clients must notify a Case Manager or Clinician of their childcare needs during enrollment. Prior to entry into one of our programs, all prospective clients must complete an American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) assessment to determine level of care.

Outpatient Program

Our Outpatient Program (OP) offers women in recovery individual counseling and case management services. Mental Health Counseling is available for those with co-occurring disorders. The participant meets one-on-one for treatment with one of our counselors and with one of our case managers who will help her to access other community resources and services.

We offer rolling admission into our programs. To schedule an Intake and Assessment for placement into our IOP and OP services, please contact us at (603) 841-5353.

Intensive Outpatient Program

The Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) engages women in a treatment program as indicated by the results of an American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) assessment.

Participants attend the program for three hours, three days a week. Currently the program is designed for Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 9:00am to 12 noon. The program consists of a blend of evidence-based practices which include the Seeking Safety program, Women’s Way through a 12-Step Model, motivational interviewing, and cognitive and dialectical behavior therapy. Holistic practices of mindfulness, yogic stretching, and breathwork are also weaved into treatment.

While taking part in the IOP, participants meet with a Licensed Clinician weekly for treatment planning and individual counseling. Random urinalyses (UAs) are conducted throughout the treatment program. Case Management services are also available to participants.
