Governor Sununu, Tammi Lizzotte and Kerry Norton cut the ribbon formally opening Abi's Place, a transitional recovery house dedicated to the memory of Abi Lizotte. This 8 bed facility, located in Rochester NH, will offer a safe place for mothers and their babies once they graduate from the High Intensity Treatment Program at Hope on Haven Hill.
